With dimmed lights and lit candles adding to the atmosphere, the seasonal festival also included poetry and spoken word from students and there were festive recitations too from Deputy Principal Danny McFadden, Principal Joe Boyle and Transition Year Co-Ordinator Mary Gibbons.Afterwards the Transition Year students got to show off their creative handiwork at the annual craft sale, where as usual, there was a huge array of Christmas treats, decorations and cards on sale.Celebrations have been ongoing at Deele College since the start of the school year as part of the school’s 50th anniversary celebrations and huge get-together and more celebrations are being planned for the weekend before St. Patrick’s Day 2015.     FESTIVE FEELING HITS RAPHOE WITH SPECTACULAR CAROL SERVICE – PIC SPECIAL was last modified: December 12th, 2014 by StephenShare this:Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pocket (Opens in new window)Click to share on Telegram (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)Click to share on Skype (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window) Tags:carol servicedeele collegedonegalRaphoelast_img read more
